Memorial Day - Per non dimenticare - Aoste (Italie)
The Secretary General of CESP attended the annual ceremony organized by SAP and the Regional Council of Vallée d’Aoste celebrating the 21th anniversary of the tragedy of Capacci, where the Judge Falcone, his wife and his escort of tree police officers were killed.
On this occasion, the journalist Aldo Pecora testified on the activity of its association “Ammazzateci Tutti” http://www.ammazzatecitutti.org/.
Aldo Vincenzo Pecora was born in Reggio Calabria (Italy) in 1986.
Journalist and writer, by a few years he works as a documentalist and author of educational tv formats for the Italian state television RAI.
Specialized in criminal’s phenomena and mafias, he is an expert in communication and social management and collaborates for free with organizations and institutions, throughout Italy on education to legality and in fighting organized crime.
In 2005, only nineteen, Aldo founded “Ammazzateci Tutti” (“Kill us all”), a youth movement against all mafias organizations, which today is considered the biggest youth association against organized crime in Italy.
For his social engagement in 2009 he was awarded of the national prize “Paolo Borsellino”, and in 2011 he was “special mention” at prize “Antonino Scopelliti”.
