Collective complaint CESP against France
The CESP has just lodged a collective Complaint against France on behalf of the SNOP within the framework of the additional Protocol of the European Social Charter. This complaint for wrong application of article 4 paragraph 2 (remuneration for overtime work) is registered under n° 68/2011.
