Collective Complaint n°60/2010 European Council of Police Trade Union (CESP) Versus Portugal.

The CESP (European Council of Police Trade Unions) for the account of the ASFIC/PJ lodged a collective Complaint putting forward that Portugal doesn't respect the correct application of the articles n°6 and 22 of the Part I, the article 4 paragraph 2 and the article 6 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Part II of the Revised European Social Charter.
This complaint was recorded by the European Committee of Social Rights on March 18, 2010 under the reference n°60/2010 [28 KB] .
