Conference of the INGOs
On January 28, 2009 the plenary Conference of the 400 International Non-Governmental Organisations (INGOs) -benefiting from the participatory status with the Council of Europe - met in Strasbourg.
On this occasion, the Conference elected a new President, in the Person of Mr. Jean-Marie HEYDT as well as the members of the Bureau of the Conference. Gérard GRENERON, Secretary-General of the European Council of Police Trade Unions (CESP), has been elected Vice-President of the Conference of the INGOs, for the period 2009 - 2011.
