The Portuguese press relays the presence of the Secretary – General of CESP, along with Portuguese policemen in the unitary manifestation of the Internal Security Forces. Lisbon November 21st 2013

During an interview with Expresso, the most widely read weekly in Portugal, the Secretary – General of CESP Gérard GRENERON recalls the issues of the treatment reserved by the Portuguese government to its policemen: “Portuguese policemen are citizen of the Schengen area, and financial pressure they have to face may have an impact not only in the country, but also beyond national borders. The European identity of CESP will allow to carry the message of the Portuguese police to the Council of Europe, which has to know what happens in Portugal.

That’s why I walk in the streets of Lisbon today” concludes Gérard GRENERON.
