On the initiative of the President of the ASPP/PSP, Paulo Rodrigues, a Conference has been organized on the theme ‘’Home security in the European economic and social context’’ – ’’Models of police and union activity’’ in presence of the National Director of the Polices Forces of the PSP, Superintendente Chefe, Mr. Guedes da Silva and the Juge, Dr. Bernardo Colaço, Counsellor to the Portuguese Supreme Court of Justice.

The Conference saw the intervention of the representatives of POAXIA (Greece), SAP (Italy), SPP (Spain) unions and from Gérard Greneron, Secretary General of the CESP who expressed also in the name of the SNOP (France).

The Professor Dr. José Manuel Anes – President of the OSCOT (Observatory of the Security, of the Organized Crime and Terrorism) and the Superintendent of the PSP, Pedro Clemente tackled respectively ‘’the police investigation’’ and ‘’the models of home security in Portugal, the reality on the PSP’’.
