The European Committee for Social Rights declared admissible the Collective Complaint n° 60/2010 that was lodged by the CESP against the Portugal for the wrong application of the articles 4§2, 6§1 and §2 and the article 22.
The Portuguese Government has to give his comments by 30.09.2010 at the latest.
