The President and the Secretary-General of the CESP are in Serbia from 13 to 16 October.
They have sent to Mr Thomas HAMMARBERG, Commissioner for Human Rights, in offical visit in Serbia at the same time, an other support letter [120 KB] for our Serbian colleagues.
