9 to 12.12.2008 5th Congress of SNOP
The Secretary General of CESP attended the 5th Congress of SNOP with the following issue “Vers un corps de Commandement et de Conception”. On this occasion a new National Bureau was elected by 130 Officers of Police coming from all parts of France, DOM-TOM and French Polynesia. The Secretary General, Dominique ACHISPON, was re-elected.
