CESP European calls up Commissioner Cecilia MALMSTRÖM

The Secretary – General of CESP has called up Cecilia MALMSTRÖM, European Commissioner responsible for Home Affairs, regarding intolerable budget cuts decided by Portuguese Government, for all Security forces.

Facing an increasingly violent and armed criminality, facing the rise of illegal immigration, trafficking of all kinds, terrorist threat, Security is weakened and the Schengen boarders once again jeopardized by dangerous and irresponsible choices.

Less armed, less trained, how could our Portuguese colleagues face their national and European obligations in 2014? Such is the question asked to European Union via Cecilia MALMSTRÖM.
