The national conference organised by the ASPP/PSP on the topic "The safety of the citizen as a requirement for quality of life" took place on 28th March 2003.
The debate clarified the interrogations of our society on the respect of the rights to safety to which our citizens aspire. It analysed the means to put in action in order to improve the public service as regards security.
