The CESP has just lodged two collective Complaints within the framework of the additional Protocol of the European Social Charter.
Against Portugal, for the bad application of article 4 paragraphs 1 and 2 and article 6 paragraphs 1 and 2 (Complaint n°37 / 2006).
Against France, for the bad application of the article 4 paragraph 2 (Complaint n°38 / 2006).
