Collective Complaint (CESP-ASPP/PSP v. Portugal)
The collective complaint (n°40/2007) introduced by the CESP – on behalf of the ASPP/PSP – has been declared admissible on 21 May 2007 by the European Committee of Social Rights.This complaint alleges that the Portugal does not respect the articles 6 § 1-2; 21 and 22 of the Revised European Social Charter (the Revised Charter).
