The CESP has just lodged a collective Complaint against Portugal on behalf of the ASPP/PSP within the framework of the additional Protocol of the European Social Charter.
This complaint for wrong application of articles 6 paragraphs 1 and 2, 21 and 22 is registered under n°40/2004.
