4th Congress of the SNOP :

The Secretary-general of the CESP has participated in the 4th Congress of the SNOP (Syndicat National des Officiers de Police) from 6th to 9th December at La Baule (France).
The theme of this congress was: "the reform, yes … and what then?" . During the works, a new National Bureau has been elected following the voluntary departure of Jean-Pierre RAYNAUD, whose job as Secretary-general has been confided to Dominique ACHISPON, outgoing deputy general secretary.
