INGO Forum:

On 11 and 12 November 2005, the Secretary-general participated in Messina (Italy) in the Forum on the theme "Integration of Migrants in Europe : What role for NGOs?"
This Forum was co-organized by the INGO Liaison Committee of the Council of Europe, the Council of Europe North-South Center (Lisbon) and the Messina International Study and Research Centre (INTERCENTER)
Debates took place in the Political Science Faculty of the University of Messina.
