The German Union of the Criminal police ( BDK) has a new President

On November 3rd, Klaus JANSEN, Kriminalhauptkommissar, 48 years old, was elected in Leipzig as new President of the BUND DEUTSCHER KRIMINALBEAMTER ( BDK).

Klaus Jansen, who has been working for around thirty years in the police, began his career in Hamburg and continued it in the B.K.A. (Bundeskriminalamt), federal service of criminal police in Wiesbaden.

He was also a liaison officer in the United States where he worked in the fight against the international traffic of drugs and the crime for political purposes.
